Massage Therapy helps to realign muscle fibers that are tightened, strained, over worked and not functioning properly. Massage helps to increase circulation, allowing more blood flow the all areas of the body which promotes a quicker healing time, lymphatic drainage helps decrease toxin build up with in the muscles which also helps prevent muscle fatigue. Massage also increases range of motion within the joints. All of theses benefits of massage work together to keep our bodies working properly.
