Candace Grant
Registered Massage Therapist
Certified Wellness Coach

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1998 in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Each year I upgrade my knowledge through continuing education. My ongoing training has given me knowledge and certificates. Some of my accomplishments and training include certified Reflexologist since 2001, certified in Thai Yoga Massage in 2009. A certificate for a 200 Hour course for Acupuncture with the College of Acupuncture in 2014. Cupping massage can compliment any massage therapy treatment.
My massage techniques are tailored to the client's needs and expectations. I am able to provide treatments in relaxation, deep tissue massage or a combination of both. I love seeing continuous improvements and results in my clients and the progress with their massage or any other alternative treatments. I work with my clients to provide new home care exercises and strategies for them to take care of themselves with exercise to decrease re-occurrence of the same issues. Therefore, I believe that preventive maintenance massage is the best kind of massage. Most maintenance programs work best on a 2-4 week prevention schedule.
Certificates achieved through International Neuro- Linguistic Programming, the Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention program for life coaching, relationship strategies and personal growth, 2017. Now offering one on one sessions plus group workshops.
Feedback and communication is key in a therapist- client relationship to receive maximum benefits.
